Exceleras has just released another update to its DispoSolutions platform, adding insurance companies to its growing list of available lender types. This increases the power of the vendor management Exceleras has been continually building into its platform.

This update adds the functionality for users to assign properties to insurance companies (who can set up an account through Exceleras’s website) and to send them tasks directly through DispoSolutions. Lenders, servicers and investors using DispoSolutions can now search for, hire, assign work to, monitor projects, and manage staff accounts and various business partners without ever leaving DispoSolutions.

“With the addition of our users’ insurance providers, DispoSolutions users can now manage all key partners in the real estate sales and asset management processes.”

Amy Bergseth, CEO of Exceleras, said in the press release: “With the addition of our users’ insurance providers, DispoSolutions users can now manage all key partners in the real estate sales and asset management processes. Our users can now work directly with property repair, preservation, appraisal, valuation and redemption companies as well as title, closing and eviction attorneys and now insurance companies without ever leaving the platform. This makes DispoSolutions the most powerful software of its type available today.”

Exceleras, the creator of the DispoSolutions Real Estate Owned (REO) ValueSolutions Collateral Valuation and ClearView Offer Management platforms, began work on its vendor management initiative over a year ago, and has been consistently providing new functionality ever since.
